We have relaxed our cancellation policy. With the changing travel advisories and newer regulations coming into the picture, we understand that deciding and booking a trip can get tricky. The program voucher will be valid for lifetime, transferable and can be redeemed across any program that we offer. You can now plan your trips without worrying about last-minute cancellations.
Booking Policies
- Complete payment of the program's fees through the booking portal.
- Travellers need to accept the company terms and conditions and policies while signing up
- Should have a valid ID proof and produce the same for the program
- Booking will be done only through a website without the involvement of any agents.
Friendly Cancellation Policies
We know how difficult it is to cancel the program:
- Cancellation up to 7 days before the Program - Unfortunately no refund and no voucher.
- Cancellation 7 days before the start of the Program - Full amount refund in the form of vouchers which can be redeemed within one year from the date of issue. With the voucher you can sign up for the programs in the future.
- In case of natural calamities (snowstorms, thunderstorms, floods, landslides, earthquakes) or unexpected political unrest, curfews, local riots, or lockdowns – Full amount refund in the form of vouchers which can be redeemed within one year from the date of issue. With the voucher you can sign up for the programs in the future.
